Swimming WOD at Allen Pool!

We’re happy to announce our first pool workout in over a 10 years. Come join us at Allen pool at Memorial Park in St. Clairsville for a fun partner WOD. Class will be at 9:30 am to give everyone time to transition from the Olympic lifting class and over to the pool.

If you can, come by the gym to help grab some KBs for a great workout!
