We try to minimize the intimidation by meeting privately with you - so we can hear and assess your training needs and goals. Do you want to lose fat, gain muscle, or simply feel better? Are you looking to enhance performance in a specific sport? We have clients from all kinds of different fitness backgrounds - including "none".

If after your free intro session you're interested in training with us, we can lay out our options and how they may work for you - group classes, personal training, or individual program design. If not, there's no hard feelings and you can walk away armed with some new knowledge on movement and training. There is no hard sell here. We want to be your trusted advisors when it comes to health and fitness, and we want to give you as much value as we can if you do decide to spend an hour with us.
