Happy New Year
From everyone at OV CrossFit, we wish you a Happy New Year! 2024 seemed to fly by. Being able to surround yourself with positive people and the energy they give is extremely important. We are excited about 2025 and the programs we have to offer all age groups and levels.
If you are interested in making 2025 your best year, we are here to help. Reach out to us to schedule a free intro session and discuss what we have to offer. If your son/daughter want to learn how to proper move and lift weights, reach out. If you are a prior member of OVC and are looking to rejoin our community, we’d love to have you back.
Holiday Schedule
With the holiday season coming up, we have a modified schedule around Christmas and New Year’s.
Our “12 Days of Christmas” WOD is a free family and friends workout on Christmas Eve, 12/24 at 9 am. We are excited to have you join us for this traditional holiday metcon.
We will be closed to celebrate Christmas with our families and Open Gym from 9 am - 11 am. We’ll be back to our regular schedule starting on 12/27.
Thanksgiving Schedule
Here is our upcoming Thanksgiving holiday schedule. We will have our traditional 9 am Family & Friends Community WOD on Thanksgiving day. Come out and join us for a partner workout before filling up on Thanksgiving food!
We will have Open Gym on Friday, 11/29 from 9 am - 12 pm and back to our regular class schedule starting Saturday, November 30th with our 8 am weightlifting and 9 am CrossFit classes.
Happy Labor Day!
Come out this Monday for our 9 am CrossFit class. We have a limited schedule to let everyone celebrate Labor Day as we start the transition to fall.
