After a successful revamp, we’re excited to have our QuickFit program restarting on Monday, August 9th. If you’re looking for a quick workout with some amazing people, come in and give it a try. The cost for the entire 6 weeks will be $99 and daily drop-in is only $10.
We are excited to bring back the QuickFit program back to OVC. Coach Jess Cook (CF-L2) and Coach Michelle Teppo (CF-L1) will be leading a 6-week bootcamp class starting June 2nd.
Classes are 45 minutes long and will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings starting at 5:45 pm.
Cost of the full 6-weeks is just $99! Daily drop-ins are welcome for just $10.
