We hope you stop by and join the fun for our 2nd Annual Ohio Valley Throwdown! Events start at 8:30am and will run throughout the day until approximately 3pm... Fun fitness challenges with a few giveaways will occur throughout the day for spectators!

The 2nd Annual Ohio Valley Throwdown - Saturday April 30th, 2016.
We are excited to be back bigger and better than ever for our second year! Registration and additional information regarding the event will be announced soon but here are the basics for now:
- RX Male and Female Divisions with prizes for top finishers.
- NEW Scaled Male and Female Divisions with prizes for top finishers.
- 3 Guaranteed WOD's/Events for each participant.
- $60 Registration Fee w/ T-Shirt.
