Join us Saturday September 10th @ 9am for our "Baby Bump WOD"!  With Emily H. bringing a new addition into the OVC Family very soon we thought we would celebrate the occasion with some functional fitness!

While some of us are all too familiar with how it feels to carry a child around for 9 months, others will never experience the joy... So why not strap a medball to your chest and try it out for an hour?!

This will be a Free Friends and Family WOD and open to individuals of all ability levels.  We are asking that participants please bring a roll of plastic wrap with you to properly secure your "baby" to your body.  Giving birth (aka - loosing your medball) mid workout will result in a nasty penalty!
