QuickFit 6-week Bootcamp Starting June 2nd!
We are excited to bring back the QuickFit program back to OVC. Coach Jess Cook (CF-L2) and Coach Michelle Teppo (CF-L1) will be leading a 6-week bootcamp class starting June 2nd.
Classes are 45 minutes long and will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings starting at 5:45 pm.
Cost of the full 6-weeks is just $99! Daily drop-ins are welcome for just $10.

5 HSPU each; P1 performs movement while P2 holds handstand, then vice versa
5 T2B each; P1 performs movement while P2 holds hang from rig, then vice versa
10 Push-ups each; P1 performs movement while P2 holds plan, then vice versa
P1 rows 500m, while P2 runs 400m, switch each round
Partner performing movements must stop, if partner loses hold position.
New QuickFit Bootcamp Add-On for CrossFit Members!
By popular demand we are now introducing a new QuickFit Bootcamp Add-On for our CrossFit Members!
This $15/per month add-on to your regular CrossFit Membership will give you access to our weekly QuickFit Bootcamp class offered every Sunday @ 2pm.
Bootcamp Classes are designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level. Each class is an hour long and consists of multiple workouts focusing on all muscle groups.
Bootcampers should be prepared for running and rowing, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, dumbells, and functional movements. Our Bootcamp program is suitable for all fitness levels; from beginner to advanced. Participants experience a challenging, functional, and fun workout every session.
Bootcamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes.
