Proper form is always absolutely essential. If you want to see results and train hard, then you need to train smart as well, it’s as simple as that.

Whether it be reaching a full depth squat below parallel, or maintaining a straight back on a deadlift, we want our athletes at OV CrossFit performing safe proper movements that will translate to success and help them reach their individualized fitness goals.
