April Pull-Up Challenge!
April is here, and it's time to take your pull-up game to the next level with our April Pull-Up Challenge! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your pull-up journey, this challenge is for YOU.
Here's how it works:
Start with a baseline test of your current strict pull-up ability.
Commit to completing 100 strict pull-ups each week throughout April. Quality over quantity is the key here!
Log your results in Wodify to track your progress.
At the end of the month, we'll retest to celebrate your strength gains.
Pull-Up Variations:
No matter your current level, there’s an option for everyone:
Strict Pull-Ups
Banded Pull-Ups
Seated Pull-Ups
Why join?
This challenge is all about building strength, consistency, and confidence—one pull-up at a time. So many of us have the desire to get that first pull-up or build better strength to rip out 10+ pull-ups. Plusm it's the stepping stone to so many other advanced gymnastic movements.
Every participant will receive a custom participation sticker and be entered into a drawing to win a $100 gift card to the OV CrossFit online apparel store!
